John Cerreta was extensively quoted in The Connecticut Law Tribune in connection with his recent victory in the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. John represented Edson Flores, a Honduran national, in his challenge to a deportation order issued by the Board of Immigration Appeals. The Court's decision overturned the Board's refusal to delay Flores' deportation proceedings pending a visa application that his wife filed on his behalf.
