Paul Halasz Authors Chapter in Franchising Book
Paul Halasz authored a chapter in a recently published book entitled Managing Legal Issues in Franchising. The book, part of Aspatore's "Inside the Minds" series, contains chapters from a number of leading franchise law experts. Paul contributed a chapter to the publication, entitled "Legal Issues in Franchising," which addresses the regulatory framework governing one of the fastest growing segments of the economy. The chapter also identifies issues that commonly result in conflict between franchisors and franchisees as well as strategies for avoiding and resolving such disputes.
