Three Day Pitney attorneys contributed to a book published August 8 by MCLE New England, A Practical Guide to Organizing a Business in Connecticut. Rob Siegel was the book's editor, and Rick Harris and David Swerdloff were two of its authors. Topics covered include tax concerns for different types of entities; incorporation or forming a limited liability entity; and organizing and operating sole proprietorships.
