Stan says: "The indictment of SAC is the first significant federal criminal prosecution of an American company since the Government charged Arthur Andersen, which caused the demise of Arthur Andersen (even though the U.S. Supreme Court ultimately reversed its conviction). The mere indictment of SAC would threaten its continued existence."
