Stan Twardy Comments on Civil Fraud Trial of Ex-Goldman VP in Reuters
Stan Twardy tells Reuters that the introduction of documents from a separate SEC investigation could damage the credibility of a key witness in the civil fraud trial of ex-Goldman Sachs vice president Fabrice Tourre. His comments appeared in a June 27 article. Lawyers for Tourre say that a concurrent investigation into the witness, Laura Schwartz, may call into question the credibility of her testimony against Tourre.
