Day Pitney Friends, Family and Colleagues Participate in City Year's Global Youth Service Day in Boston
A group of family, friends, and colleagues from Day Pitney gathered at the Winthrop Elementary School in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood on Saturday, April 16, to participate in City Year's Global Youth Service Day. They joined other volunteers in working on 16 different projects throughout the school, which included painting inspirational quotes and art for display in the gymnasium, on the schoolyard wall, on park benches in the garden, and in the school library. This service event was coordinated by Carrie Webb Olson, who, along with Bill Rogers, joined City Year's Legal Community Leadership Committee last year.
