Senior counsel Claudia Centomini was interviewed on Boston's WCVB-TV about what employees can and can not say on Facebook concerning their workplace. In a segment that aired on April 21, Claudia notes that many employers are defensive when it comes to social media postings and choose to implement highly restrictive policies. She states, however, that comments on Facebook about wages, and terms and conditions of employment are nonetheless protected under federal labor laws.
