Jonathan Handler was quoted in an article in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly discussing Federal Rule of Evidence 502, a law aimed at protecting lawyers who inadvertently disclose privileged materials. Jonathan told the publication that while there have been very few cases involving Rule 502 in the Massachusetts federal courts, the law "has caused lawyers to behave in a slightly different way than they normally would have before."
