Sher serves as co-editor of the treatise, along with Kerri A. Chewning (Archer), and also authors the chapter on Discovery. Firm Summer Associates Alexis Abuhadba, Bamisope Adeyanju, and John Clarke provided invaluable assistance with updating that chapter this year.
