Tips From Connecticut's Pros: Getting High Court and Appellate Advocacy Right

Christopher Droney and Chase Rogers co-authored an article that discuss the differences before arguing in front of the Connecticut Supreme Court and Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In the article, they have combined their years on the appellate bench to offer advice on briefs, oral arguments and the new phenomenon of remote presentations. Droney and Rogers also offer some particular advice on remote arguments that are now required by the appellate courts.
