In an article for the Connecticut Law Tribune, Flossie Davis and Jen Galiette discuss the impetus for and impact of a new consumer protection law establishing immediate requirements for the state's competitive electric suppliers and directing state regulators to take future action. They note that this new law essentially overrode the investigation and halted that proceeding for a time.
