Paul Belval and Andrew Bobenski Discuss New MA Solar Energy Proposals in Law360
Paul Belval and Andrew Bobenski discuss the ramifications of new Massachusetts solar energy proposals in a June 25 article for Law360. The proposals address the MW Solar Carve-Out cap which was reached sooner than anticipated, and with a post-400 MW incentive regime that aims to get the state to 1600 MW of solar energy in coming years. Paul and Andrew write: "Unprecedented growth within the Massachusetts solar market results in increased deployment goals as well as a near constant state of flux for the marketplace. Solar developers, lenders, borrowers and other solar industry stakeholders must keep abreast of these latest developments to be best well-positioned to benefit from these developments and avoid any potential pitfalls."
