Environmental Attorneys Author Connecticut Lawyer Article on Injunctive Relief

Dean Cordiano, Rene Ortega and Ailla Wasstrom-Welz contributed an article, "Injunctive Relief Under the Connecticut Environmental Protection Act," to the April edition of Connecticut Lawyer magazine. The article examines the different standards for injunctions at common law and injunctions authorized by statute and considers what standard should apply to injunctions under the Connecticut Environmental Protection Act.
