Publisher: Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly
September 1, 2011

Claudia Centomini wrote an article on employee rights and social media that was published in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. "Social networking, employee discipline and free speech" looks at a case involving the town of Bourne, MA, in which a firefighter was fired for postings he made on his Facebook page about his superiors and other town officials. The firefighter is suing the town, and the case is currently pending in federal court in Boston.
