Day Pitney Partner, Beth Alquist and Jeff Mueller contributed to the article, "Expert Discovery, Expert Testimony and Trial Considerations," in a treatise on Connecticut discovery entitled, A Practical Guide to Discovery in Connecticut. The treatise represents an attempt to synthesize in one volume the statutory, practice book and common law rules regarding Connecticut discovery.
