Beth Barton Co-Authors Chapter in ABA Publication on Brownfields Redevelopment

Beth Barton is a contributing author to the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources' 2010 publication, Brownfields: A Comprehensive Guide to Redeveloping Contaminated Property. Beth's chapter, which she co-wrote with Graham Stevens, chief of staff for the Connecticut Commissioner of Environmental Protection, and Michael Taylor of Vita Nuova, consultants on strategies for brownfields redevelopment, provides a summary of Connecticut laws affecting brownfields redevelopment. Its topics include regulatory programs, liability considerations and financial incentives.
