Katharine Coffey and Peter Wolfson are serving as the organizers of Redevelopment Planning Law, a two-day course presented by the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority Redevelopment Training Institute (NJRA-RTI) that will be held on October 23 and 24 at Kean University in Union, NJ. Focusing on the redevelopment planning process, the course will provide a broader understanding of the crucial issues, steps and challenges associated with the New Jersey’s Local Redevelopment and Housing Law (LRHL).
Working closely with members of the NJRA-RTI, Coffey and Wolfson developed the discussion topics and assembled the panelists, which include New Jersey’s leading developers, planners, and municipal and redevelopment attorneys. They will provide the opening remarks and course overviews on both days, and Coffey will speak on a panel entitled “Financial Considerations, Challenges and Opportunities of Redevelopment Projects.”
