Trusts & Estates Year in Review 2019
Glynis Ritchie gave a presentation at the Trusts & Estates Year in Review 2019, an annual program on recent federal and state case law, legislation and tax law matters presented by the Boston Bar Association (BBA). In her capacity as co-chair of the Public Policy Committee for the BBA's Trusts and Estates Steering Committee, Ritchie presented on the BBA's support of the Massachusetts Uniform Trust Decanting Act (MUTDA) and the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (RUFADAA). She provided an update on the current state of the proposed legislation and an overview of the substantive provisions of the same.
