On October 1, Day Pitney LLP partner Stanley A. Twardy and counsel Steven A. Cash will be participating at "U.S. Attorneys & Main Justice: A Practitioner's View of the Relationship Between Two Critical Institutions," a program presented by the Bar Association of the District of Columbia (BADC) Committee on National Security Law, Policy & Practice (NSLPP) and held in Washington, D.C.
Twardy, former U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, will be joined by the Hon. Jessie K. Liu, U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia; Kenneth L. Wainstein, partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia; and Neil H.
