Quinnipiack Club

On April 9, Brad Gallant will be one of two speakers who discuss the recently (2017) revised American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Commentaries on the Model Rules of Professional Conduct at a Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) Estates and Probate Section Open Meeting. The ACTEC Commentaries offer a comprehensive analysis, from the perspective of trust and estates lawyers, of the ethical rules applicable to the legal profession. In addition to serving as an ACTEC Regent and a member of its Executive Committee, Gallant serves on the CBA's Standing Committee on Professional Ethics.
