On February 5, Beth Barton was one of three panelists speaking before the Connecticut Developers Council on "Brownfields and the Connecticut Transfer Act: What You Need to Know About Developing Possibly Contaminated Property." Other panelists were Tim Sullivan, Deputy Commissioner, Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, and David Hurley, Vice President, Fuss & O’Neill, Inc.
