Office Outlook: Leasing & Asset Management

Real Estate Partner Robert "Bob" Rahilly moderated a panel at the 2024 Connecticut State of the Market event hosted by Bisnow in Stamford, CT on Thursday, November 7. The theme of this year's event was Fairfield County: Multifamily, Mixed-Use Developments, Financing & Built Environment Trends. Participants included top owners, asset managers, investors, builders and local government stakeholders.

Bob's panel, "Office Outlook: Leasing & Asset Management; Identifying the Best Path Forward for Office" discussed successful office asset management strategies. They also addressed how retail and mixed-use developments are helping get office leases done, and what this means for pricing and leverage. Distinguished panel participants were Joseph Zuber, Managing Director, New York & Northeast Region at Rubenstein Partners; David Genovese, CEO at Baywater Properties; Peter Duncan, President and CEO at George Comfort & Sons; Dennis Julio, Head of Global Real Estate at Nestle; and Adam Klimek, Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield.
