Day Pitney Partner Katharine Coffey will moderate the Legalpalooza seminar, "Into the Weeds: Legal Aspects of NJ Cannabis Regulation," on November 4. Day Pitney Senior Associate Nicole M. Magdziak and Associate Luke S. Pontier and will serve on the panel, which will cover the path of New Jersey's decriminalization of cannabis, and the municipal, land use, landlord-tenant, and licensing issues associated with that decriminalization.
