FERC Enforcement and Compliance

On March 23, Day Pitney Partner Joseph Fagan served on the panel, "FERC Enforcement and Compliance," for the Connecticut Power and Energy Society (CPES). The webinar explored the many ways a company may be subject to FERC enforcement, and why it must be mindful of any potential scrutiny. Panelists covered topics from investigations to self-reporting audits, and utilized examples as case studies to touch upon best practices to reduce the likelihood of an enforcement action.
