Qualified Opportunity Funds – A Primer for Attorneys

Day Pitney attorneys Von Sanborn and Justin Hannan will be speaking at "Qualified Opportunity Funds – A Primer for Attorneys," a program presented by the Boston Bar Association (BBA).

The program will cover the benefits of the new qualified opportunity fund tax incentive program as an investment tool for taxpayers, the necessary legal requirements and processes to obtain tax benefits, and some of the ambiguities, uncertainties and other issues that remain unresolved. Hannan and Sanborn will provide insights into qualified opportunity funds and how they can provide tax benefits for investors.
