International Trust and Estate Planning 2018

Dina Kapur Sanna spoke at International Trust and Estate Planning 2018, a program presented by American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE) and held in San Francisco, CA. Sanna participated in two panel discussions. The first panel, "Inbound Planning Issues for Individual Nonresident Aliens," covered recent developments in U.S. immigration law; pre-immigration income tax planning; and pre-immigration estate and gift tax planning. The second panel, "Inbound Planning Issues for Nonresident Alien Investors," focused on income tax planning for inbound investments; estate tax issues for nonresident investors; inbound investment by nonresidents with U.S. beneficiaries; and nontax estate planning for aliens with U.S. assets.
