Termination of Trusts – Steps to be Taken and Those to Avoid

Peter M. Shapland was a featured speaker during the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) Dinner Meeting on October 25. Shapland presented a seminar entitled, "Termination of Trusts – Steps to be Taken and Those to Avoid." Shapland's presentation included a discussion on ways that trusts can be terminated and points to keep in mind when making final distributions.
