Thorny Issues in Estate Administration

Angela Titus McEwan will be speaking during the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education's (NJICLE) Fall CLEfest on November 20. McEwan will speak during a panel discussion titled, "Thorny Issues in Estate Administration." The seminar will address some of the thorny issues that may arise when administering taxable estates containing trusts and unique assets, such as digital assets and closely-held companies.
