Francine Esposito to Present Full-Day Family Medical Leave Act Master Class

Day Pitney partner Francine Esposito will present a "2017 FMLA Master Class: New Jersey" seminar on September 13. The day-long event will help attendees administer employee leaves, learn the latest developments, ensure policies are legally-compliant, and put a stop to abuse and fraud.  The event will include analysis of real-life situations, including how to coordinate FMLA leaves with the ADA, workers compensation, and New Jersey's family leave laws.
