37th Annual NLRB Labor Law Conference

On November 13, Rachel Gonzalez will participate in the Social Media Update panel at the 37th Annual National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Labor Law Conference held by the New Jersey State Bar Association. The panel will discuss the National Labor Relations Board decisions issued in the area of social media, which expand and thrust the National Labor Relations Act into relevance in the digital age, and the strategies for employers to stay on top and ahead of these regulations.
