David Doot and Harold Blinderman Speak at The 12th Annual Comprehensive Conference on Energy in the Northeast

On September 28 and 29, David Doot will chair and also speak along with Harold Blinderman at The 12th Annual Comprehensive Conference on Energy in the Northeast hosted by Law Seminars International. At the event, Doot will discuss the energy issues the northeast has faced over the last year and new challenges to power grid operators, market participants, and state and federal regulators and policy makers. Blinderman will discuss environmental regulatory developments including the impact of the Obama Administration's new requirements on greenhouse gas emissions, Clean Water Act jurisdiction and cooling water rule intake structures.
