Steve Fast and Ed Krzanowski Speak at Conference for Connecticut Probate Judges

Steve Fast and Ed Krzanowski will be speakers at a one-day educational program held on September 22, 2011, for probate judges, titled "The Decedent's Intent Under the Will and...Surprises." The session Ed and Steve will be hosting will review Connecticut law as it pertains to disclaimers, mutual distribution agreements, settlement agreements and claims against estates.
