Paul Belval Speaks at New England EUCI Conference

Paul Belval will give a presentation at "The New England REC Markets," a EUCI conference to be held in Needham, MA, on October 10-11. Paul's presentation, "Identifying and Mitigating Risks in REC Agreements," will be given on the first day of the event, during a session on "Project Financing: Barriers, Opportunities, Strategies & Logistics."
