NACD Hosts Event on Changes in Corporate Governance

The National Association of Corporate Directors -- Connecticut Division will host "Reflections on a Decade of Extraordinary Corporate Governance Change" on September 24 in Stamford, CT. Panelists will discuss the sweeping changes to corporate governance in recent years in the wake of corporate malfeasance, financial crises and government regulation such as Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank.
