Managing Partner Stan Twardy Discusses "Civil Actions and Criminal Acts" at CBA Litigation Section Program

Stan Twardy will take part in a Connecticut Bar Association Litigation Section panel discussion titled, "Civil Actions and Criminal Acts: Stop the Case While I Call the Police (or a Criminal Defense Lawyer)." The discussion will cover various issues related to the intersection of civil matters and possible criminal violations. Leonard Boyle, deputy chief state's attorney, and John Durham, assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Connecticut, will also be on the April 30 panel.
