Jim Sicilian Takes Part in ALI CLE Trust and Estate Program

Steve Fast, Jim Sicilian and Joy Harmon Sperling participated in an American Law Institute CLE program titled "Representing Estate and Trust Beneficiaries and Fiduciaries," held July 18-19 in Boston. Steve was a co-chair of the event. Jim presented on "View from the Inside: Emerging Fiduciary Issues and Picking the Right Lawyer for the Right Issue" and Joy discussed "Depositions: A View from the East and the West on Strategy for Fiduciaries."
