On April 30, Francine Esposito, Michael Dell, Kevin Skelly and Arielle Sepulveda will present an FMLA Master Class for New Jersey Employers. Among other topics, they will discuss how employers can determine whether employees suffer from a serious health condition, the latest revisions to FMLA, how to stop abuse and fraud, and how the FMLA, ADA and New Jersey leave and workers' compensation laws overlap.
