On October 10, 2012, Day Pitney sponsored the Connecticut Bar Association Young Lawyers Section 8th Annual Diversity Award Dinner. This year's awardee was the Honorable Maureen M. Murphy, who received the award for her long history of working tirelessly to advance the rights of LGBT citizens. Day Pitney lawyers and staff attended the event and were joined by area law students.
