Day Pitney Partners Speak on PFIC Considerations at STEP Luncheon

Dina Kapur Sanna and Stephen Ziobrowski will be the featured speakers at a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners luncheon meeting on "PFIC Considerations for Foreign Investors with U.S. Beneficiaries," where they will discuss the best strategies for dealing with PFIC rules through advance planning.
