Hartford Energy partners David Doot and Paul Belval will participate in "Energy in the Northeast" in September, an event sponsored by Law Seminars International.

Mr. Doot is co-chair of the event and Mr. Belval will moderate the panel, "Development of Indigenous Renewables". He will focus on state incentives and procurement policies for local solar and wind.

Day Pitney is also sponsoring a reception for faculty and attendees.

About the seminar:
Change in the Northeast energy markets has been unrelenting. That change has been driven in part by federal initiatives from Congress and regulators, but also by the reality of the supply and demand for energy in the Northeast.
