Day Pitney Partners Present at 2013 Women in Leadership Symposiums

Day Pitney partners Elizabeth C. Barton, Dina Kapur Sanna and Joy Harmon Sperling took part in the 2013 Women in Leadership Symposiums, presented by the Tri-State Diversity Council. The theme for the symposiums, which took place on three consecutive days, was "Women Leaders as Architects of Change." Beth spoke in Connecticut on March 6, Dina in New York on March 7 and Joy in New Jersey on March 8. The sessions provided attendees with valuable insight gained from female executives' experiences, along with a chance to network. Beth and Dina both discussed "Perceptions of Assertive Women" at their respective sessions, while Joy discussed "Winning at the Game of Office Politics." Other speakers addressed "Hints to Maintain Your Value During Shaky Economic Times," "Establishing Credibility In The Workplace" and "Cross Cultural Leadership: Women Bridging the Racial Divide."
