Commercial Litigation Partners Speak at ABA Business Law Section's Spring Meeting

Day Pitney managing partner Stan Twardy will moderate a panel titled "From Multi-National Corporations to Closely-Held Companies: What Every Business Lawyer Should Know" at the American Bar Association's Business Law Section's Spring Meeting. Partner Helen Harris will be a member of the panel, which will cover the FCPA, the False Claims Act, SEC whistleblower rules, anti-money laundering, economic sanctions, parallel investigations, data protection issues and other topics. The Spring Meeting is being held April 4-6 in Washington, DC.
