Commercial Litigation Counsel Daniel Wenner Coordinates Second Circuit Appellate Advocacy Workshop

Dan Wenner will coordinate a Federal Bar Council workshop on Second Circuit Appellate Advocacy on March 7. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse in New York City. The program is designed for attorneys who have practiced for 5-10 years but have limited experience with appeals. Workshop participants will attend oral arguments and take part in a discussion of appellate-advocacy methodology led by instructors Judge Denny Chin of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Barbara D. Underwood, New York State Solicitor General.
