Carrie Webb Olson Speaks on Trademarks at INTA Meeting

Carrie Webb Olson served on the panel of two sessions at the International Trademark Association's Trademark Administrators and Practitioners Meeting, at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia. During the first session, "Cease What?," the panel discussed how trademark administrators and young practitioners can assist in managing communication and can develop action plans by collaboratively addressing potential infringement from all perspectives. The second panel, "TMA & YP in Litigation/Working Together Session," offered tips on how to conduct investigations and respond to discovery requests and shared strategies on working as a team to deliver the most effective results.
