Carrie Webb Olson Speaks at Boston Bar Association Intellectual Property Event

Carrie Webb Olson will be the featured speaker at an event hosted by the Boston Bar Association's Intellectual Property Litigation Committee on November 17. Carrie's speech, "Managing, Defending and Enforcing Trademark Rights in the U.S. and Elsewhere," will focus on challenges in trademark management and enforcement, including trademark audits, maintaining rights in the case of a challenge, and deciding when and how to assert trademark rights against others.
