Mark Salah Morgan to Speak at ELFA Legal Forum

Mark Salah Morgan will be speaking at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's (ELFA) Legal Forum, to be held from May 3 to 5, in Nashville, TN. He will be a speaker at a roundtable discussion that will explore the challenges and benefits of technological advancements to preserve electronic documents, including electronic mail, transactional documents and other financial records. Attendees include in-house counsel and other stake-holders in the equipment leasing and finance arena.
