Dave Doot will speak on "Regional Transmission Planning After the DC Circuit's Decision Affirming FERC Order 1000" at the second annual Law Seminars International conference on Transmission in the Northeast. The two-day conference will cover transmission-related legal, business and regulatory developments, including ongoing challenges to the integration of economic renewable resources, the siting of transmission reliability projects and expanding access in the Northeast United States to resources in Eastern Canada. The conference will be held on February 2 and 3, at One Financial Center in Boston, MA.
