On September 21, 2013, Day Pitney was a gold sponsor of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Northeast Regional/Asian American Bar Association of New York Fall Conference held in New York City. In addition to various panel presentations discussing substantive law, career development, and diversity in the legal profession issues, the conference was highlighted by an in depth discussion on the recent Fisher decision.
