On June 11, 2013, Day Pitney was a sponsor of the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York 27th Anniversary Gala Dinner held at the Harvard Club of New York City. Recipients of awards included Huhnsik Chung, partner-in-charge of the New York office of Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP; Joon H. Kim, Chief Counsel for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York; and Michael Lewis, Chief Legal Officer of Lukoil Americas Corporation and former Day Pitney Attorney.  Mr. Lewis also delivered the keynote address.

More than 300 guests attended the event, including Day Pitney attorneys Clara Son, Meghan McSkimming, Richard Brown, Paul Halasz, and Chris Stracco and Director of Diversity Asker Saeed, who were joined by numerous clients of the firm.
