On April 18, 2013, Day Pitney hosted the TSDC April 2013 New Jersey Chapter Meeting. Mary Martinez, Diversity and Inclusion Practice Leader at APTMetrics, Inc. spoke on "Leveraging the Intersection of Talent and Diversity to Grow Your Leadership Pipeline." Day Pitney is a corporate member of the Tri-State Diversity Council.

The event was attended by various New Jersey business community leaders and Day Pitney attorneys Paul Marino (TSDC Local Chapter Representative), Paul Halasz, Andres Mayor, Marco Anzalone and Herb Ryder.
